Mr. Halim A. Choubah, P.E. brings 35 years of experience in the civil engineering field with extensive experience in land development, permitting and construction. Prior to establishing the firm Mr. Choubah was the chief engineer and vice president of one of the leading consulting engineering firm in the state of Rhode Island, in which he was in charge of the highway and site divisions. Mr. Halim Choubah is a Registered Professional Enginner in the States of MA, RI, CT, NH & ME.
