Choubah
Engineering Group, P.C., is a group of highly
dedicated Professional Engineers with extensive experience in
the areas of site and land development, structural & traffic
engineering, permitting and construction management. In the
past years Mr. Halim Choubah (Principal of the firm) has developed
design plans, obtained necessary local and state permits and
supervised the construction of several commercial projects and
residential subdivisions through the State of Massachusetts
with a total construction value well over 30 million dollars.
Mr. Choubah
involvement with the projects started at the early conceptual
stages
until the final completion and obtaining of the occupancy permits.
He attended periodic public hearings and represented clients
in front of various planning and zoning boards through out New
England. He is extremely experienced in the layout and design
of residential subdivisions, gasoline dispensing stations, car
washes, convenience stores and mixed commercial/residential
use. In addition to the commercial projects Mr. Choubah developed
construction plans for several
residential dwellings each in excess of 7,000 square feet of
living space.

Developed foundation plans, floor layout, elevations,
framing plans and construction details for several gas
station and repair garages, car washes, convenience stores
with residential units for facilities with floor space
up 10,000 square feet. |
Residential
Design
Developed foundation plans, floor layout, elevations,
framing plans and construction details for upscale residential
dwellings with living space up to 10,000 square feet. |
Permitting
Permitting with planning board, zoning boards,
special permits, Conservation Commissions,
curb cuts permits, Environmental permits and local building
permits. |
Construction
Services
We provide Construction Services including Inspections
and reports in Compliance with Building Codes Requirements,
and for certification of compliance. |
